LOAN TYPES	First and Second Trust Deeds (Thirds will be considered)
PROPERTY TYPES	Commercial, Industrial, Non-Owner Occupied SFR, Apartments, Special Purpose Properties (other will be considered on a case by case basis)
LOAN AMOUNT	$100,000 - $15,000,000
LENDING AREA	California
INTEREST RATES	9 - 14%, interest only payments. Range is based on the property location, quality, size of loan and borrower's strength.
LOAN MATURATION	1 - 2 Years. Longer terms considered.
LTV	Up to 65% on a case by case basis.
